Andrew “Andy” E. Staab is vice president and senior corporate counsel for U.S. Bank National Association, advising its Institutional Trust and Custody business line. He is a licensed attorney with over 35 years of experience providing litigation and administrative support for various Taft-Hartley fringe benefit funds. He specializes in ERISA, employee benefit plans, debtor-creditor, bankruptcy, and general civil litigation. He received his J.D. degree from William Mitchell College of Law and B.A. and M.A. degrees from Indiana University. Andy is a Fellow in the American College of Employee Benefits Counsel and is also serving as a trustee of the Wisconsin Education Association Health Insurance Trust.
