Meet Our Authors

Jerrard Gaertner is Principal at The Bizcom Group Inc., an AI governance and ISO 42001 start-up. He is also President of Managed Analytic Services Inc. and part-time Professor of Computer Science at Durham College in Oshawa, Ontario. Previously, Gaertner held national responsibility for systems assurance and computer audit at a “Big 4” accounting firm and led the technology risk management practices at another major firm. He has authored three legal reference books on bankruptcy law published by Thomson Carswell (Reuters) and is past president of the Canadian Information Processing Society. Gaertner is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and a long-standing member of Mensa.
